Cancellation Charges

Clear and transparent guidelines regarding booking advance deductions, cancellation windows, and date modifications.

Deduction Schedule

Cancellation Window Deduction Amount Policy Conditions
Anytime after Booking Min. 10% Once the booking is done and advance is paid, a minimum of 10% of the package cost will be deducted.
30 Days or More before service starts 20% 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
29 Days to 15 Days before service starts 40% 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
14 Days to 10 Days before service starts 50% 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
09 Days to 06 Days before service starts 60% 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
05 Days to 48 Hours before service starts 90% 90% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Postpone / Prepone Policy

If request for postponed or preponed of the service date is made on or before 30 days of the travel date:

  • Only 5% of the package cost will be deducted.
  • The cost for the desired new date of service will be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost at that particular time period.
